1. Open up a new document, width: 720, height: 576. Then open up two other photos. Make sure they are similar.
2. Colorize it with an action, psd, whatever. Then go to your polygon tool. Feather: 0px. Then trace around the person. Example.
3. Copy it, and then paste it on the blank document.
4. Then go to your blending options. Go to Drop Shadow. Match your settings to mine -> http://i47.tinypic.com/30m76fn.jpg
5. Now go to Stroke and match your settings with mine again -> http://i50.tinypic.com/j7gp6b.png, then press ok.6.
6. Repeat steps 2-5 on the second photo.
7. Add textures, text, brushes, etc. Your done!
