1. Open your photo and fix up however you want.
2. Once you're done editing your photo, hold down CTRL+SHIFT+A on your keyboard. Your whole entire picture should have gotten selected.
3. Now go up to Edit>Stroke. Match your settings to mine. Color; White, Width; 10px.
4. Then go back up to Stroke, but this time make the color black, and the width 5px.
You have just created a double border :D
