1. Open up your photo and make 3 new layers Example
2. On Layer 1, make the blend mode Color. Then go to your brush tool,
and choose a color for the lips. Make your brush a decent size, so it traces over the lips correctly.
Start coloring your lips, if you mess up, you can always erase it. Example
3. Now on Layer 2, do the same thing, but for the blush this time. Make the blend mode Soft Light, fade
if you have to.
4. Do the same thing for the eye lids. That will be Layer 3
5. If you want the skin to look smooth, then duplicate your background, and go to your Blur Tool.
Make it a descent size and start going around the face with it, avoiding the lips and eyes.
