Here's an example. If you get lost or confused on any part, then let us know.
1. Open a photo, then color it however you want.
2. Make a new layer by going up to Layer>New>Layer
3. Go to you're brush tool and make your brush size 7px, hardness 0%, color white.
4. Then go to your pen tool, and make a straight line down your persons arm. Example.
5. Now click on the line and drag it to the right. Then drag it again but to the left. Keep going
back and forth like that, till you get a curve. Example.
6. Then right click on the curve you have made, and click "Stroke Path." On the drop down
list, go to 'Brush' and click on 'Simulate Pressure.'
7. Then right click on the path again, but click "Delete Path"
8. Now erase every other line. Example.
9. Go up to Layer>New Layer Style>Blending Options. Once you've done that, go to Outer Glow.
Just mess around with the settings, click ok, & you're done!
