Using Actions,

Open up your photoshop.
Then go up to Windows>Actions.
At the very top of the action palette, there should
be a tiny little arrow. EXAMPLE.
Click on that and go down to "Load Actions and choose an
action that you want. Then click on the little blue arrow. EXAMPLE.
Now click on the action that you want and press the Play button. EXAMPLE.
And wa-la! Thats how to use an action.
