Want to make a photo like this? Well you're gonna need this texture.
1. Open up a photo and colorize it.
2. Then duplicate your base twice. Then the very first layer, desaturate it. You can do so by holding down CTRL+SHIFT+U. Your layer section should look like this.
3. Now change the desaturated layer mode to Lighten, and move it over to the side a little. Example
4. Click on the second layer and go up to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur
5. Mess with the settings to your likings. Example
6. Now erase the blur around the face. Fade the eraser to between 20-40 percent.
7. Then drag the texture i gave you, and set it to Lighten. Place it over the face. Add some text and you're finished!
