Want to make a photo like this?
1. First off, duplicate your base.
2. Now press CTRL+T on your keyboard. Then right click on the image and select "Vertical." then rotate it alittle.
3. Erase parts you dont want.
4. Make a new layer, go to Layer>New>Layer.
5. Now go to your brush tool. Make sure the brush color is White. Now go to the top arrow on you're brush pallet and go down to "Wet Media Brushes" Example
6. Choose any of the wet brushes, and enlarge it if you have to. Example
7. Now in the middle of the image, stroke it or make a mask type thing. Then fade it out Example
8. Now just add text ontop of it, and you're done!
